"It is often said that the experience of the Bay of Pigs was a blessing because it gave President Kennedy an understanding of the military pressures that he had to resist in order to keep the world at peace during the later tensions of the Cuban Missile Crisis. The Bay of Pigs disaster also did all of us an invaluable service by serving as the frustration that turned President Kennedy to bringing Bobby into the high councils of the government, where Bobby strengthened and carried out his brother's resistance to a nuclear war as perhaps no other adjutant could have done."
"The Kennedy brothers seldom mentioned or displayed openly their deep feeling for each other. Dave Powers, who were probably closer to the President than anybody outside of the Kennedy family, remembers him speaking warmly of Bobby only once, on the black Saturday of October 27, 1962, at the height of the Cuban missile crisis. Time was running out. The air strike against the Soviet bases in Cuba that the President had been striving to avoid all week could not be postponed much longer. While the President sat with Dave that night in the White House, sharing a dinner of warmed-over broiled chicken, he talked about Bobby's determined stand against such advocates of an air attack as John McCOne, Dean Acheson, Douglas Dillon, Maxwell Taylor, Paul Nitze and Mac Bundy at meetings where the President was absent, about how Bobby later brought Dillon, Taylor and Bundy around to supporting the President's plan for a naval blockade of Cuba instead of a war-provoking bombing strike, about Bobby's repeated meetings with Soviet Ambassador Anatoly Dobrynin, and about Bobby drafting the President's conciliatory reply to Khruschev's first tentative offer to remove the Soviet missiles from Cuba. Then the President paused thoughtfully for a moment, and said, 'Thank God for Bobby.' It is hard to believe that both of these brothers, who did so much to prevent an outbreak of violence between the world's two great nuclear powers, were later struck down in violent deaths themselves."

JOAN MELLEN is a professor of English and creative writing at Temple University in Philadelphia. She is the author of seventeen books, ranging from film criticism to fiction, sports, true crime, Latin American studies and biography. Her early work was about the cinema. Her “Women and Their Sexuality in the New Film,” published in 1974, was a landmark work in feminist studies. Larry McMurtry pronounced it “brilliant” in his "Washington Post" review. Her study of the image of women in film was followed by the companion study, “Big Bad Wolves: Masculinity in the American Cinema.” Her book about “The Battle of Algiers,” written in 1972, has been quoted widely in connection with the events of 9/11.In 1972, she was awarded a prize by the Mainichi Shimbun newspaper organization in Japan. This led her to write five books about Japan, including “The Waves at Genji's Door: Japan through Its Cinema,” 1976. Her 1981 novel, “Natural Tendencies,” is set in Japan. More recently, she has written two books about Japanese film for the British Film Institute, “Seven Samurai” (2002) and “In the Realm of the Senses” (2004).She is also a biographer. Both “Kay Boyle: Author of Herself” (1994) and “Hellman and Hammett” (1996) were "New York Times" Notable Books of the year. “Hellman and Hammett” was also a finalist for the "Los Angeles Times" book prize.
A FAREWELL TO JUSTICE demonstrates how the cover-up began in Louisiana months before President Kennedy was shot in Dallas.
Biographer Joan Mellen met New Orleans District Attorney Jim Garrison in 1969. His relentless search for the truth about what happened to President Kennedy made a deep impression upon her. In 1997, Mellen started to work on the story of Garrison's life. Her biography turned into the story of Garrison's investigation and then into a new investigation of the assassination itself.

This is a thoroughly documented on the Murder of President John Kennedy and then also on the strange death of his son John Jr. who was a promising journalist who was overlooked and a man who could have become President. Above is the FBI report on the attempt of kidnapping of John Kennedy Jr. as a child.
What about the issue of Cuba? What about the Bay of Pigs and the fact that President John Kennedy attempted and had stopped an event on Oct 27th, 1962 ( my father died the next morning after going to a huge rally with the Nation of Islam at McCormick Place in Chicago, Illinois will all the press present to hear what the Nation Sought from the US, whiled alleged backed with Islamic ties and connections to the Vatican) which would have caused a possibility of a nuclear attack, “Terrorist attack” which could have occurred on that date. Is this the fact that Marilyn Monroe knew about and which got her murdered in August 1962. Was it something my father Dan Burley who was a major hub within the Black Press (1930 - Oct 27th, 1962) was involved within many White houses and worked with the Kennedy’s in reporting within the Black Press the politics which were to give Blacks rights, he also knew about a issue of creating a race riot in the US via connections to the Islamic World via the Nation of Islam, all a part of a plot to cause Helter Skelter in the United States. A plot which was all aimed to take down the United States and collapse this Government to replace it with Marshall Law and government control over our nation’s people these very ties lead back into Cuba as well.
This happened in 1962, Kennedy was murdered years later! But there is more, the issue of the POW’s going back as far as WWII, Korean War and Nam all with reports of the missing POW’s spotted alive within rumors of these men from America’s Military being used within mind control programs, within experimental hospitals set up to test diseases and other outrageous operations on those who came into the military to protect those within the world who were victims of criminal governments and global enterprises.
